We use Forticlient for VPN services here in our corporation. We recently upgraded our
Fortigate software and had to upgrade the Forticlient software. I have one machine that
will not let me unistall the software. It is version 5.2.6.0664.
When I attempt a repair it says it cannot find the source file for repair. When I attempt
to unistall the software it eventually says "The specified account already exists" and then
it rolls back the unistall.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Microsoft tool resolved the issue and removed the program.
Have you tried FortiClient remover (FCRemover.exe)?
Download FortiClientTools from Fortinet Service & Support, and you will find the program in folder "SupportUtils".
According to Fortinet "FCRemove.exe is a clean up tool for use __only_if__ the Add/Remove Programs applet fails to remove FortiClient." I have used it successfully a few times.
