Unable to Obtain FortiGate Evaluation License Using Valid Fortinet Account

I have tested multiple latest versions of FortiGate firewall images and uploaded them correctly by strictly following the official Fortinet documentation. The images upload and boot successfully without any errors. However, when I attempt to log in using my registered Fortinet email address and password to obtain an evaluation licence, the login does not work at all. As a result, I am unable to activate or retrieve the evaluation licence on any of the tested versions. Screenshot (9).png

Ensure the traffic from the VM to internet is open, and ensure your VM is configured with 1 CPU and 1 GB.

Everything is working fine. When I tried to run version 6.4, it was working perfectly, but when I upgraded the version, for example, to 7.2 or 7.4.8, something new happened, and it didn't work.
