UTM Block Issue 'PDL Application'

Hi Team,

 

We are experiencing an issue after upgrading one of our FortiGate firewalls to FortiOS 7.4.8. Since the upgrade, several AWS-related services stopped working for our users.

Upon checking the Forward Traffic logs, we can see traffic being blocked by UTM (Web Filtering). The Application Name shown in the log is “PDL”, and the action is Blocked.

I am unable to identify which Web Filter category is responsible for blocking this application/traffic.
I would appreciate your guidance.

Hi Sri

Double-click on the log entry and a right panel will appear. Click on the "Security" tab and you should find more info about UTM.
