URL ENCRYPTION - SITE DISPLAY PROBLEM

Good evening Fortiweb admins,

I have noticed an issue with the "URL Encryption" feature on FortiWeb. When I enable my URL Encryption policy, the URLs are successfully encrypted.

However, this distorts the design of the protected website:

• The site’s appearance is no longer the same.

• Some elements are missing.

• Colors change.

• In some cases, only the HTML code is displayed without the CSS, Bootstrap, and other resources.

Does anyone have any idea about the root cause of this problem?

The issue has been resolved.

Disabling “full-mode” in the URL encryption policy fixed the problem. Thank you.
