URGENT: False Positive Blocking Legitimate Healthcare Business - 4+ Weeks Unresolved

I need help from the #Fortinet community. Our legitimate healthcare business has been incorrectly flagged by #FortiGuard for over 4 weeks, and standard appeals have been completely ignored.

The Facts: • Domain: menswellnesscenters.com • Business: Licensed medical clinics in Virginia • VirusTotal: 91 out of 92 vendors say CLEAN • Only Fortinet flags as malware

The Impact: • Millions of Comcast/Xfinity customers blocked via Akamai ETP • Patients cannot access healthcare services • 4+ weeks of appeals with ZERO response

The Evidence: We're a LegitScript-certified healthcare provider. Our site runs on WordPress/Hostinger with Cloudflare DNS. Multiple security scans show no malware. Every other major security vendor (ESET, BitDefender, Kaspersky, etc.) rates us as clean.

Why This Matters: This isn't just affecting our business - it's blocking patient access to medical care. FortiGuard's reputation depends on accuracy, but we're seeing a clear false positive that's been unresolved for a month.

Request: If anyone can help escalate this to @derek Manky (VP Threat Intelligence) or @DR Carl Windsor (CISO), I would be incredibly grateful.

Standard channels have failed. Healthcare access is at stake.

Thank you @rosatechnocrat - I have submitted 6 of those, worded differently, after certain events and they have not reclassified it.  The biggest problem is that our center locations cannot access our own website because cox communications relies on this false positive.

Blocked by which fortinet product ? 

You can override the category locally on the device that will allow access to the website.
