show us your  cfg but we have done this in the pass.

config system email-server

set type custom     set reply-to "vpnuser@mydomain.net"     set server "x.x.x.x"

    set username  fortigate1

    set password dhdhdhdhdhdhdhdhhhdhdhdhd

    set security smtps end

You  provider mail server could be setup to  whitelist your ip-address imho

Hi Emnoc,

Thank you for your answer and your time.

My cfg is correct, the users recieve auth code. But my SMS provider (skebby.com) put the mail subjet as SMS sender name. Sorry again for my poor english skills. Here is two screenshot for better explain.

With blank subject i can personalize sender name (here PARFI-VPN):

Without empty subjet the SMS sender is the mail subject (here Authcode:4) :

All I want to do is modify or delete the default subject when Fortinet send a sms to <user_number>classic.skebby.com

Thank you again

FH
