Two Wan Connection Without load balancing.

Hi,

 

We have 2 ISP, Wan-1 will act as primary all internet traffic will go through wan-1. Communication to all branches through VPN through same interface. If the wan 1 goes down wan-2 need to come up and the users should get internet access and one of the branch through Wan-2.
