Tunnel Client Separate Application...

Has anybody seen the " error" that goes: " The tunnel client is a separate application and you can download it from the Fortinet support site" after logging into the SSLVPN web page? If so, what was your solution for fixing this? Some (but not all) of our remote users cannot bring up a tunnel even though they have the client installed. This recently started up for us but it' s been quite some time since we upgraded to 4.3.15 on our Fortigate.

Hello, I have the same issue. When users try with IE 10 and later. With IE 9 no problem. Best regards Lal
