Trial licence problems Failed to download VM license.

Looking on the licencing portal, I have registered one of these before. this has been long since deleted.

The serial number has been moved to "Decommissioned Units" on the licencing portal

One account can only have one trial license.
I strongly suggest to delete the existing serial number and re-deploy your VM and VM license.
In addition, I noticed that you are using " FortiFirewall-VM64-XXXXX". 
I recommend using the "FortiGate-VM64-XXXX" instead.
