is using traffic shaping profile the best method to classify the traffic ?

when the cloud backup starts, our other services like ms teams and zoom meeting will be affected

Hello,

Ok, so you want to have a guaranteed bandwidth for you ms teams and zoom, so your communications service will not be affected.

The best way is to create a shared traffic shaper, where you can apply the shaper to both you applications and make sure they are not impacted by other network applications.

The best way would be to create a traffic shaper, that will be used by both applications in a traffic shaping policy, common to both.
