Traffic priorization

Hiho,

 

maybe someone has a quick hint for this:

 

I am running WLLB over my WANs on a FGT. I want it to priorize e.g. Traffic over IPSec VPNs so that extensive bandwith usage from others wil not have brig affect on them.

How could this be done?
