Traffic Shaping MAC Address
Hi, I'm really new dealing with a Fortinet products so I don't really understand how things work.
I got task to make a traffic shaper, but the catch is to control the MAC address to get an specific IP and controlling that IP to reduce its bandwidth usage(?) there is already a DHCP server configured on the interfaces menu (image below)
So I want to ask how to:
1. make an MAC address to get a specific IP?
2. make that specific IP to have an traffic shaper?
I'm hoping that you guys can walk this trough with me, I know this task seems easy, but it's really new for me.
Thank you
Rizky Chandra

@RizkyC You can do DHCP reservation by Clicking on Advanced and then bind the MAC address to IP address that you want to reserve. You can also follow below article for more details on how to perform this.
