 If I wish to prioritise traffic to a specific ip address or FQDN, what type of shape shaper should I use?

Any assistance is appreciated.

Best to give me specific steps.

Should I create a separate firewall rule for this specific priority website?

If I prioritize one website, do I have to create another "normal" rule for other websites?

You can use per ip shaper to prioritise the traffic for specific ip/user .
