Well I recently upgraded FortOS 5.0.3 to 5.0.9.In prior version I can able to see Traffic logs (like which IP is blocked on what port and what AppCtrl Policy is applied if so).But now I cant see any traffic logs in FortOS 5.0.9.can anyone help me.

where are you logging to, has local disk logging been disabled?
