To exchange license PAYG to BYOL

Can I exchange the license of FortiGate VM, PAYG to BYOL, after deploying as PAYG?

Can you please specify your cloud provider? For instance in Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI and AliCloud it is not possible to change the license type:

"Migrating a FortiGate-VM instance from one license type to another requires a new deployment."
