Hi,

Are you using ssl vpn or the ipsec dial up?

What is FGT and FCT version?

What are you observing in the VPN event logs

@sjoshi  if you need more info tell me please

sjoshi

this issue usually occur when the connectivity is broken.

further can you try collect sniffer on the FGT.

Open FGT CLI console

diag sniff packet any 'host x.x.x.x and (port 500 or port 4500)' 4 0 l >> where x.x.x.x is the PC public IP

Hello @shalaby120

It appears that the FortiClient and FortiGate's Phase 1 and Phase 2 DH group settings are not matching.

Please also check the authentication settings in the IKE proposals in both phases.

regards,

Sheikh
