this is only configuration OSPF in graphics modes, not dynamic configuration implemented in routing table, Attached the image
But I can see it on this command: get router info ospf neighbor
but why in ( "routing table all" ) i can't see the ospf configuration?

Hello packets are send and received, but

Have you checked if you have a full adjacency? And check that it is not changing between full and 2way? You can check it with the following command:
get router info ospf neighbor
Also check that you don't have an MTU mismatch or duplicate router-id's
