Teamviewer Account login blocked

Hello. Hope someone can help me, I have a problem, oure VPN is somehow blocking so that when I try to login to my account in teamviewer it just says wrong username and password, I am 100% sure it is correct and it also works fine if I log out of oure Fortigate VPN, so how do I see what is blocking the login attempt, remote connect works fine, so it is just the account I can't login to, where I have all my PC's stored.


We have a FortiGate 100D with newest firmware.
