Hi,
after the fortimanager upgrade to 6.4.7 from time to time i got the following error.
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
Is this a known Bug? I didn't find anything to it!

Hi,
I have a similar issue after the upgrade of the FortiAnlayzer-VM to 6.4.7
We are seeing the following error when trying to log in:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token s in JSON at position 0
It doesn't matter if we use external authentication servers or local accounts.
Access to the CLI is not affected.
Hi
Check how much memory you have allocated to the VM. Minimum is 8Gig.
BR
Trying to figure out what's causing this, I have the same issue with FAZ 6.4.7 and it is very random, memory is at 8 Gb and just increased to 16 Gb, apparently these appliances are memory hungry, will report back if it is confirmed to be solved
The same problem on my configuration of FortiAnalyzer VM on vmware with 10GB of memory.
Once turned on, the machine logs out the user automatically at random.
I added 6 GB of memory, in total 18 GB (2GB is for swap), and now the problem seems to be solved.
Hi Mahe,
I had the same alarm on the FAZ. I haven't finished my diag yet.
checks server performance. RAM/Disk
get system performance
Best regards
