Synchronization Problem in Fortigate Cluster
Dear all, good afternoon! All good? Recently we detected a behavior in our Fortigate cluster, where there are 3 boxes configured, and one of them presented a Not Synchronized error. When you see the HA screen, the synchronization error was due to "system.npu" .
We noticed that in box 01 (which is operational), there is no configuration that exists in box 03 (problematic), which is a configuration line called "config np-queues"
Could you tell me why this problem occurs?

Hi @jotaherre_94,
You can run the following command and compare the outputs:
show system npu
You can run "diagnose sys ha checksum recalculate" to see if it helps. If not, you can copy the config from the primary and paste it on the problematic FortiGate.
Regards,

Hi jotaherre_94,
- You can disconnected the FGT-DC-03 FGT from the cluster;
- Factory reset it via command 'execute factoryreset'
- Then add the HA settings again;
- Reconnect to the HA Cluster.
Give it some time to start the synchronization from scratch.
