Strange name

Only you could know by chasing down the device that has the IP.

the device detection picks up on some traffic to add hostnames there. if you can set your own hostname then something like this is possible i guess.

as Toshi mentions you have to find the device and talk with the owner.

Update, with more info: I have total control over the device and it is my device. The hostename is not this. Windows 10 Regular Asus motherboard Hostename is known and not this. Notting in computer is China/Japan Have other computers in network with same setup (Os/hw) that is correct named How and where do fgt choose this name
