Status: Management Tunnel is down

Hi All,

Got a small environment I am looking after, and I am a complete noob when it comes to firewalls. That said, I implemented FortiGate Cloud for my 4 FortiGate appliances. of the 4, 2 show a CVPU/Memory Status, but then have the following issues:

1. Forti1 (100E; Firmware - 6.4.2) - Status = Management Tunnel is down; Management Connectivity = Management disabled

2. Forti2 (80CM; Firmware - 5.6.0) - Management Connectivity = Management disabled

3. Forti3 (80C; Firmware - 5.6.9) - Management Connectivity = Tunnel down

4. Forti4 (81E; Firmware 6.4.2) - Status = Management Tunnel is down; Management Connectivity = Tunnel down

How do I fix this? As mentioned firewalls (and networking) aren't my strong points as I come from a servers/storage/virtualization background but I need to manage this environment, and I want to utilise FortiCloud as much as I can from a centralisation viewpoint.
