I'm using Fortigate 6.4 and Forticlient EMS 7.2.1 and looking to split tunnel certain traffic based on it's IP or better IP and PORT. These are IPs we host on our corporate Edge.
Is this possible?

You can't split-tunnel based on port unfortunately, just IP. The way this feature works is based on routes. See: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Enabling-split-tunnel-feature-for-SSL-VPN/...
Seems like if you have EMS, you can do it per application. See: https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.2.1/ems-administration-guide/234887/configuring-a-p...
I don't understand? How do I create an application in this context? Create one that has all these IPs as entries?
Do you know if I can arbitral create a cloud application on this regard (IP and port??
