Some IP address not get internet access

Dear all, I am using 300C box. In my network i have 1200 hosts. All 1200 hosts reach firewall successfully. But most of host not get internet access. Ex. I assign 172.168.100.2 to one host. It reaches firewall and get internet access. But after some time it wont get internet. If i change that ip to 172.168.100.3 it gets internet. What can i do?

What sort of troubleshooting have you done on the client side? have you tried to ping external resources? run a tracert to see where it stalls out? have you enabled logging on those IP' s that are having issues? this would give us some more information to help you troubleshoot.

1. i have no option on client side only option to change host ip 2. ya i ping but external resources were not ping 3. ya i run tracert it travel via firewall

Search the forums for ' dual WAN' . Many topics have been opened under this subject already. From what you posted, it sounds as though one of your two Internet pipes is having issues (going up and down). The way these units ' load balance' , is by IP address. Even (172.168.100.even) goes out WAN2, odd (172.168.100.odd) out WAN 1 (if I recall). By changing the IP address, you changed the interface the traffic egresses from.
