I've been seeing a handful of Xbox and Macbooks being thrown right into remediation. Health summary does not show why. Our policy does not require any type of agent to be installed or compliance for these devices, just device registration to a valid user.
Only pattern I see so far are the Xbox's are showing "Windows 10" as their OS and the Macbooks are showing "Mac OS X OS X" as their OS. Anyone else seeing this and any recommendations to prevent them from failing in future scans? Thanks.
perhaps already solved but what kind of scan are you performing? perhaps a test that is looking at the wrong devices?
