Sniffer not working for IPv6

Anyone seen this error message before? I only have this on one FortiGate 60C cluster. Formatting flash and trying the same funtion on factory default unit did not work. I can use the same command on any other unit with the same software version (4.0 MR2 Patch 11).

 # diag sniff pack any ' icmp6' 
 interfaces=[any]
 filters=[icmp6]
 pcap_compile: icmp6 not supported

how about diag sniffer packet any " ip6" does that produces an error?
