Slow upload speeds - SSLVPN FortiClient VPN (6.2.0.0780), FortiGate 101F HA (6.2.4.1112GA)

We have a number of our users that report intermittent issues with upload speeds while connected to the SSLVPN.

While off VPN connection reported at 51MB/48MB

while on VPN connection reported at 45MB/4MB

I have read a lot of other threads related to speed issues while using Fortinet VPN and am looking for a resolution.
