Slow Internet with FG-40C

Hi everyone,

I was experiencing a slow internet connection while using FG-40C, mostly a high latency. Then, I tried to remove the firewall from our network then it back to normal performance. Does anyone experience it even to other model? Thank you.

I'm happy with my own Wifi 40C.  As for your high latency problem, more info is needed on the problem and how your 40C is configure, including type of WAN connection, CPU/memory usage, firmware on the 40C, what troubleshooting you have done so far (e.g. testing for duplex/speed mismatch, etc.).

Hi Sir Ken,

Actually its our client's firewall. I will just ask them that info you shared to assist them with their concern. What they do so far was removing the firewall from their network. Thank you.
