Slow Internet Connection

Hello,

 

I have a dedicated Connection "10M" when I speedtest I got 0.24 max as download and 8 Mbps as upload, How I can check if there is anything wrong in the configuration?

Check the obvious - switch ports speed and duplex.  Any errors on the switch ports?
