Slow DNS Resolution (helpers?)

I having problemas with internal DNS, external DNS, differente ISP DNS, the problem is that the resolution of DNS is slow and the pages loads slow because of this, stuck in " Resolving..." and then resolves without problem, after the query is on cache the page loads faster. i think that is something from 5.0.4 on the DNS Session Helper. Someone having this issue too? FGT 3240C with 5.0.4

We were having problems and determined that DNS packets were getting dropped when cpu/memory spiked in 5.0.4 run ' diag sys top' and see if cmdbsrvr is dead or restarting and using a ton of CPU. we also saw ipsengine spike cpu whenever the cmdbsrvr process spiked. Its an identified bug. kill the process with diag sys kill 11 <pid> where pid is the number of the process shown in the diag sys top command.
