Size ftp portal SSL

Hi,

 

I wonder if there is a restriction the size for the portal SSL with the protocol FTP, because i have a restriction a 1GB. A fichier from 1Go accept but more 1Go reject.

 

I have tested with of navigateur different Sorry for my english. Best regards,
