Dear All,
I come across a problem, anyone can advise.
I have encountered an issue with the fortigate webfiltering. We have a client website x.x.x.x which cannot be properly loading. The login page can be reached but upon authenticating, the site content (table, css objects) are not loaded. Site has been tested on both IE and Firefox with same result.
An IP based policy has been created with same web URL profile. However, the website can be loaded properly. When we switch back to FSSO via group within the same policy then the website are not loading properly.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Anyone can advise please.
Thanks
Can you confirm that both policies are set up identically when it comes to enabled UTM features?. Maybe it would help for you to show us how each policy looks. What version of FortiOS are you running?
Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes both policies look same and with same UTM features. The Fortios version is 5.2.3
Hi Everyone,
Any feedback plz
Hi,
Anyone can help what could be the problem plz
Thanks
i assume this is the same issue as with the other thread? i would continue with this thread a just provide some more information with screenshots and such. as FSSO can be used in web filters are you sure something there is perhaps impacting it?
also the log output for both cases can be very useful.
also if you have a support contract you can contact support about this.
