Site to Site Tunnel Recomend

Hi there

I've two Offices in two different cities and need to establish a secure connection between them that can use the available servers/services in each of them.

I have a Fortigate #100F in each Office Hence I need your recommendation.

Which firmware is stable and appropriate?

What kind of VPN Tunnel and Protocol is suitable for this purpose?

Please Guide me step by step.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Mehdi,

this is probably best to do with an IPsec tunnel, typically used with Site-to-site tunnels.

Here is a nice guide for it, the FortiGate Wizard does most of the work. You will need to know which IP ranges and subnets you have at the other end and define it in the phase  selectors of the other ends' tunnel.

Best regards,

Markus
