On all of our Fortigate, This morning we were not able to connect to our devices using Sign with Forticloud option.
We'got the error below.
FortiCloud SAML response validation failed. The IdP certificate is not trusted.
does anyone have the same problem?

It seems that multiple customers have encountered the same issue. I would suggest opening a ticket to further investigate.

We are having the same problem. Have opened a ticket. When calling in to support to open the ticket my call was answered by a manager who said they are having a high call volume and they will call back.
Odd thing is it is working on our FortiAnalyzer.
Yes, this could be an ongoing issue with the fortigate cloud.
