Side to Side IPSec VPN Connection with long Ping Response

I have a Branch with only 4G (LTE) mobile Connection with Longer Ping Response over 100 ms.

Is there any tuning for VPN Settings to do?

Thank you for your question. In general, there is not much that it can be done to decrease latency. Even if you will use lower encryption, difference will be negligible. What rtt you have when you are trying to ping remote-gw of the ipsec from FortiGate?
