Hi Vishal.

Can not see the top of the firewall policy you are trying to create.  Also what fgt model and firmware are you using?

If you are using firewall objects or group object in the firewall policy - are they associate with the source or dest interface in qustion?

Don't suppose you created a FQDN address object that didn't resolve (failed DNS lookup)?

According to the 6.2.0 inspection modem differences for web filter, the Proxy Option is not allowed.  Haven't check further, but it seems the proxy option is not used at all in flow inspection in 6.2.x.
