Shoretel and FortiGate - source IP change
We just recently switched from a Juniper SSG-5 at our Portland branch office to a FortiGate 70D. Everything's working well, except our Shoretel SG60 in that office. We lose connectivity to it from our HQ server, and the SG60 can't "find" the controlling server.
Digging further on this, the problem seems to be that when the management packets get to the switch, the source IP address has changed to the FortiGate LAN gateway. We don't have NAT enabled on that network port, and we can see all the traffic coming through as it should otherwise, just with the wrong IP source. SIP-ARG has been disabled, so where else should we be looking?
