Can anyone tell what does this means Shared Media Pair in the Interfaces section of fortigate date sheet. What it really means and i am sharing the snapshot too.

Those are interfaces where you can either select wether to use RJ45 ethernet (copper) or a SFP Interface (mainly fiber).... Both interfaces are physically there - but you can only use one of them.
You can get the diag hardware and interface and set the interface types
e.g
get system interface transceiver <port#>
set mediatype ?

StrongSwan
