Setup FortiGate environments with full Layer 2 networking on AWS/Google Cloud

Folks, I would like to share that we have been able to get Fortinet FortiGate VMware and KVM appliance running on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services with full Layer 2 networking capabilities - such as VLANs, VMACs, Gratuitous ARP- using Ravello. I have been using the managed google cloud hosting platform which is powered by Cloudways unlike many others who are using the conventional GCE server. Now, I want to implement fortinet to ensure end to end security. So, is this process sustainable or should I have to go with the conventional gce server.
