Setting up External IdP for FortiCloud IAM

Hi,

I'm connected into FortiCloud with a local account, I have admin access. I can get into the IAM section and create new users and groups. The user section only allows me to create IAM users, or API users. From what I'm reading, I should be able to link this into Azure IdP for authentication, but I'm struggling with where to go in order to configure this. I'm not seeing any options or settings at all, and the only documentation I can find seems to be for those who have already initially configured external IdP, which I have not.
