Hello friends, I would like to know if there is a way to set up 2FA for logging into Fortigate. I understand that it can be done for VPN-SSL and I have done it, but is it possible to set it up for Fortigate administration via email or any other method? Thanks in advance.

You may refer to the below article to setup 2fa for your admin login. I would suggest to have a backup administrator because you might encounter issues on accessing the device if not configured to tested properly.
You can use email as 2FA. Please find the reference link below
