Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 DHCP to FOS converter (FOS 4 and FOS 5)

This script uses the output of the netsh command to dump the contents into a text file that's parsed to be input into your Fortigate. I haven't written the code for Server 2012 since I didn't need it, but if requested I may be able to get that going as well. This script MAY work on older FOS versions, but I haven't tested it there.

Added support for PowerShell DHCP scopes. Exclusions will not work since I only had an old snipped of code to work from and it had no exclusion list inside. This was tested on (imported to) FortiOS v4.3.18 and compared with FortiOS v5.2.3 (but not imported for testing).
