Hi, We have installed the Fortimail (10.38.3.10) VM in a DMZ of a Firewall FortiGate on Gateway mode, and we have configured the Mail Server (10.38.1.103) to redirect the outgoing mail from the local users to the fortimail (the fortimail is the next hop of the mail server) Issue: In the Reputation score Tab, we can't see the IP adresses of the locals users we see only the Mail server @IP Adress, So the FortiMail considers the mail server as the source of all emails sent by local users ==> The fortimail block the mail server after that it exceeds the threshold for sending email Any Idea please! Yes build a policy that trusts the mail-server and eliminates any thresholds. Look at it as a "witelist" or trust-relationship. This would eliminate any ip reputation scoring or lookups and any threshold restrictions.
