Security Rating

Security Rating it appears you need to buy subscriptions to upgrade your grade. Is there any other way?

Do you have Fortiguard subscription on that fortigate? If not then you'll need fortiguard subscription for security rating. 

If you do have Fortiguard subscription, then please upload a screenshot of the error you are seeing.

Also check fortiguard connectivity using this command:

The FortiGate needs to have a valid Security Rating license. Users will be able to verify the Security Rating license entitlement in the local FortiGate device either via GUI or CLI.
