My distributor and reseller leaked this information to me a few days back. I haven't yet seen anything on any public google searches but they showed me the annoucements & it's listed under the partner poralt annoucements. Did anybody else hear the same?

So if you have things going to expire, take this into consideration and you Security/IT budgets. Contact your reseller or partner for more information.

Our Reseller gave us the same information about that 10% increase in Q1 2015, so i can confirm that.
