Hi, version 7.4.2
Agree!
I work around this by using this solution.
Could you please elaborate on the steps and describe the specific changes you made?

Hello, of course.
On a Fortigate 200e that I updated from version 7.4.0 to 7.4.2 I had this problem on the SD-WAN page, so following this topic I deleted the rules with:
sdwan system configuration
configuration service
purge
end
After the page started working again, I tested by recreating the rules, and at a certain point I noticed that the page stopped working when adding more than one address as the origin in the rule.
However, I also have a 7.4.2 VM that I just installed, but the same problem does not occur.
7.4.3 same problem but randomly.....same problem on some other sections....
Hello Reza,
I understand you have a problem loading the sdwan rule page after upgrading to Fortios patch 7.4.2.
There has been a known issue(ID) 0984478: SD-WAN Rules GUI Keep Loading
This issue is going to be resolved in patch 7.4.4.
As a workaround, you can modify the sdwan rule using cli.
Regards!
If you have found a solution, please like and accept it to make it easily accessible to others.
I did solve that by this step.
Root cause
-> from source or destination object on sdwan rule.
if you have many object on source/destination (more than 1 ) it not loading.
It problem only sdwan rule is many object on source/destination.
Workaround
if you have many object on source/destination Please use Group object.
Solution
1. Create Group Object for sdwan rule.
2. edit only sdwan rule is to have many objects on source/destination (more than 1 ).
-
config system sdwan
config service
edit [rule id]
set src "group object"
next
end.
the solution to your problem is to use one group object in source and destination adresses, if you use multi objects you will face the issue
