We are currently on Firmware v6.0.3 Build 0200 (GA), and are getting restricted mode enforced on Youtube. We are currently configured for Flow-Based/Profile-Based operation settings.
We are a Large School that have Staff and Students split across different Web/DNS/Application Control profiles so that Staff are not affected by YouTube but students are.
I have reviewed a few similar posts in this forum relating to modifying the security profiles since the Restricted mode seems to be related to the Google Safe Search enforcement. Application Overrides in the profile to allow did not seem to work and DNS filter changes to enforce Safe-Search but Unset the YouTube Restricted mode have not resolved the issue.
We only noticed the issue a few days ago, before then Staff had the Unrestricted version of YouTube.
Any suggestions?

Manged to resolve the issue on this one.
The option under Security profiles, DNS Filter showed as the Enforce 'Safe Search' on Google,Bing,Youtube as being off. When we looked at the Same DNS Filter underneath the IPv4 Policy the option for the DNS filter being applied to the IPv4 Traffic was ticked under the only DNS Filter Policy we have.
I don't know if this is a bug with our current version of Firmware that has been fixed in a later release or if it the DNS filter in the IPv4 Policy is different but this resolved our issue.
