SUBDOMAIN DENY

I´m trying to deny acces to a specific site o subdomain without deny the whole site, but ithasn´t  be posible,  i´m trying with URL filter using type simple, wildcare and regular expression but still I fail to block the subdomain
The Exact URL that i Want to deny is https://wom.onemarketer.cl/enc/index.php/poll/create/
The web filter  that I´m using is configured in proxy mode with SSL DEEP INSPECTION
