According to the Fortigate dashboard, the client is authenticated, connected, and has received an IP address. The Forticlient VPN app continuously displays “Connecting.” After several minutes, the process then aborts.

Dear Middel94,
If the user appears as connected in FortiGate, do they have the required access?
If yes, the issue may be with the FortiClient GUI application.
Hello @Middel94 ,
Is it happening with a this FCT client ? Have you tried with differnet FortiClient version ?
regards,
Sheikh
