SSLVPN Error: Code=-30001010(v1.0.1041)
Hi
I'm unable to log into the VPN on my laptop, however I can login on my colleagues. When we try on my laptop we get the following error;
SSLVPN Error: Code=-30001010(v1.0.1041).
HTTPS failed(NullResponse)
HTTPS Exception: HResult=0x80072EFD
A connection with the server could not be established
We are running the same version/build of Windows and all updates have been applied. The Forticlient software has been setup through Windows > Settings > Network & Internet > VPN

Hi Erlin
I did find this topic earlier. Despite it having the same error code the one in this example seems to relate to a problem with a certificate. My error however is an issue connecting to the server.
HTTPS Exception: HResult=0x80072F0D
The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect"
vs
HTTPS Exception: HResult=0x80072EFD
A connection with the server could not be established
I did have a look at the local certificates but neither my colleague or myself have a Fortinet one installed

Resolved. It helps when you're given the correct IP address to connect to :)
